And how we get there.

What matters to me most is what happens after: after the workshop, after the session, after everyone leaves with their notes and that “one thing they want to do differently.” Insight is only the beginning, the real change happens when it finds its way into everyday decisions, habits and conversations. That’s the part I like to stay close to, giving people and organizations the support and space they need to turn intention into something that lasts.

Every person and every organization brings a different context, so the way we work should reflect that. Depending on what we’re trying to shift, I might use coaching, mentoring, training, facilitation, consulting or, most often, a combination of them; I’d much rather build the right approach than reach for a ready-made one.

Nearly 16 years at Zitec, most of them in leadership and C-level roles, taught me that growth is rarely linear, and that people and organizations don’t always move at the same pace. It also strengthened something I believe deeply: you can do excellent work, grow ambitiously and still enjoy the way you get there. I want that to feel normal, not exceptional.
