Build the capabilities you need to thrive in the future.
Developing individual skills matters, but training alone rarely changes the way an organization works. People can learn how to give better feedback, collaborate differently or lead through uncertainty, but those behaviours are difficult to sustain if the processes, routines and ways of working around them stay exactly the same.
I work with organizations on both sides of that equation: developing the skills people need for what comes next, while helping create the systems and practices that allow those skills to become part of everyday work and part of the organization’s capability.
A few things I’ve already worked on
My training work builds on both formal learning and years of first-hand leadership and People experience. Some of the topics I’ve already worked with in workshops and learning sessions include:
Situational Leadership II
Self-Leadership
Assertive Communication
Group Coaching Interventions:
Performance Conversation Labs for Managers
Manager as Coach
What we can work on
The starting point is what your organization needs to become better at. From there, we can design learning experiences around the skills people need to develop and the conditions that will help those skills turn into everyday behaviour. Future-facing areas can include:
What the format can look like
A new idea only becomes useful once you’ve had the chance to try it out. I like to create enough room for practice, repetition, reflection and feedback, so people can test what works, adjust and make the learning their own.Sometimes one focused workshop is enough. Sometimes a skill needs more time: several sessions, practice in between, a follow-up conversation or coaching around what happens when people try to apply it.
Looking for something deeper?
For organizations that want to develop leadership capability over a longer period of time, I’ve also created dedicated Leadership Academies.
Leadership Academy for Managers

Leadership Academy for HR

Academy for Future Leaders

What’s different about the way I work
We build something simple enough to scale easily.
The aim is not to create a heavy process that becomes outdated the moment priorities change. We design agile talent practices that can be revisited and adapted as the organization, roles and people evolve.
We co-create it with the people who will actually use it.
HR, managers, leadership and other relevant stakeholders are involved in shaping the process from the beginning. That creates stronger buy-in and helps managers take real ownership of talent development rather than seeing it as something “owned by HR”.
The process should leave the organization stronger, not more dependent on the consultant.
My role is to help build the thinking, tools and confidence internally, so HR can act as an enabler and managers can continue making better talent decisions after the project is over.
What stays with you after we work together.
Experience and certifications tell part of the story. But what really matters when choosing who to work with?

Florentina brings together extraordinary warmth and exactly the right amount of firmness. She has a strong ability to read the dynamics in a room, knowing when to create space and when to guide the conversation. What stood out to me most was her ability to build learning experiences around the real needs of the audience, naturally combining facilitation, coaching and mentoring. She is a valuable partner for any team looking to develop stronger leaders.
