Individual Coaching Let’s talk about what’s on your mind A space to slow down, see more clearly and choose what comes next

Sometimes, from the outside, everything is working: you’re delivering, making decisions, supporting other people and keeping things moving. And yet something feels heavier than it used to, a decision keeps coming back, or the way you’ve been doing things no longer feels quite right.

Individual coaching creates a structured space to step out of that for a while, understand what may be driving your choices and look at what you want to do next with more awareness and intention. I won’t tell you what the right answer is, but I’ll make sure to help you create enough space to find an answer you can genuinely own.

When this might be the right fit

Coaching can be useful when:

something feels unclear, stuck or worth looking at more closely, even if things are going well on the surface;
you’re questioning what success means to you now, rather than simply following the version that used to work;
you’re facing an important decision and want to understand what is really shaping it; you’re stepping into a new chapter and want to be more intentional about how you move through it;
you keep noticing the same reactions or patterns and want to understand what sits underneath them;
you want to explore your relationship with control, boundaries, responsibility or asking for help;
you’re questioning what you want next, rather than automatically continuing in the direction you’ve already been going;
your professional role has become such a big part of your identity that you want to reconnect with the person behind it;
you want a space to think out loud, challenge your own assumptions and arrive at answers that feel genuinely yours.

Where we want
to get

The aim is to understand yourself and the situation well enough to create a little more room between what happens and how you respond to it. To notice the patterns, assumptions and expectations that may be shaping your choices and decide more consciously what you want to keep, change or do differently.

Get to know each other

We start with an introductory conversation to understand what brings you to coaching, what’s happening in your context and whether working together feels like the right fit.

Set the direction

We clarify what you would like the coaching process to help you explore or move towards, and agree on the practical side too: frequency, expectations, boundaries and how we want to work together.

Start the work

From there, each session becomes a space to slow things down, look more closely at what is happening and explore the patterns, assumptions or tensions underneath it.

Take the learning into real life

Between sessions, you may notice things differently, experiment with a new response or pay attention to what changes when you make a different choice. The work continues outside the conversation too.

Review and reshape

We periodically look at what has shifted, what still feels relevant and whether the original objectives need to evolve. The process can change as new things become visible.

What’s different about the way I work

I start from the belief that people already hold a lot of their own potential.

My role is not to fix you or tell you who you should become, but to help create the conditions in which you can access more of what is already there.

I won’t hand you a ready-made answer.

I’ll ask questions, challenge assumptions and help you look at things from angles that may be harder to reach on your own, so the answers you arrive at are genuinely yours.

I stay close after the design work is done.

What first appears to be a problem may have something deeper underneath it. Coaching gives us the space to explore that too, without rushing to a solution.

What stays with you after we work together.

What people say working with me on this subject

There are people whose presence helps you finally hear yourself, and Florentina is one of them. She creates a warm, calm and safe space where thoughts become clearer and the answers that were already there become easier to see. I left every session with more clarity, confidence and a genuine smile.

Florentina helped me clarify my goals, become more aware of my mindset and behaviour, and see my challenges from a different perspective. I especially appreciated the safe space she created, the quality of her questions and the balance between challenge and empathy. I left each session with greater clarity about my next steps and confidence in my ability to act on them.

Working with Florentina helped me organize my time better, set clearer boundaries and finally follow through on things I had been postponing. I’ve seen real changes in the way I manage my days and make decisions, and I feel more balanced and confident as a result. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
